So we begin
We have a couple of citrus trees in or backyard, well by citrus I mean just lemons and limes. When in season, the branches are dripping with fruit and we have enough to keep us going all year round. After giving them to everyone we know and even those we don't, my dad always ends up making a lime or lemon pickle preserve with whatever we have leftover. Looking at the bowls full of limes sitting pretty on my bench top, almost made me want to have a go at making the pickle myself, this time around. However, (I know this will do nothing to promote my food blogger credence), but I am an absolutely lazy, once in a blue moon kind of chef. So I think I'll try my hand at blogging about others cooking, instead of my own. I have no illusions, I'll probably be the only one that will even look at this blog and just because I like reading other peoples food blogs, doesn't mean I'll be any good at my own. One must try, so here goes...
